Who We Are
The Ratkaj Foundation For Cats, established on July 1, 2023, is dedicated to providing essential care and support for cats in need. We focus on building healthy, sustainable community cat colonies through resources and training in Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) across South Central Pennsylvania.
