Why TNR?
TNR is the most humane, cost-effective method for stabilizing community cat populations. Trapping and removing cats doesn’t work — new cats fill the void. But a neutered cat holds its territory, can no longer reproduce, and lives out its life without adding to the population. One $40 surgery today prevents dozens of kittens over the next several years.

How we workWe respond to community members who reach out to us seeking guidance or resources. We do hands-on TNR when we’re called. We fund the advocates in surrounding communities who are already doing this work without enough resources. And we show up when animal control calls.We don’t chase people down. We don’t do the work for people who just want to hand off responsibility. We partner with people who are genuinely committed — and we resource them fully.
